These bonus sounds take the 128 original Zebra Elysium patches and push them in a darker, grittier, more analogue direction; altogether you get 256 great sounds.

    Diva Skyline Vol 2 is a collection of 128 sounds for u-he’s Diva, aimed at analogue, electronic sounds for film scoring and electronica. As the classic sounds of analogue synthesizers becomes ever more popular, not everyone can afford a collection of Junos, Prophets, Moogs and Oberheims. However, u-he’s Diva does give us about as accurate a recreation of those circuit-based monsters as we can get on a sensible budget. Diva Skyline aims to provide some of that much-loved analogue vibe for modern composing and electronica. It’s inspired by recent synth-heavy film scores such as Tron Legacy by Daft Punk, Oblivion by M83, and Ex Machina by Geoff Barrow and Ben Salisbury; as well as less well known gems such as It Follows by Disasterpeace and The Duke of Burgundy by Cat’s Eyes. There are even a few nods to classic John Carpenter and the revivalist Synthwave genre, as well as The Unfinished favourites: Olafur Arnalds and Jon Hopkins.

    Zebra Gravastar For U-HE ZEBRA2

    Zebra Gravastar is a collection of 180 sounds for u-he’s Zebra2 synthesizer, aimed at cinematic scoring with a dark, organic edge. The bulk of this soundset was originally designed for composer Jason Graves to use for his amazing score for Ubisoft’s Far Cry: Primal. Jason’s brief for the project was hilariously simple: “Imagine synthesizers as played by cavemen.” So, Gravastar focuses on non-traditional synth sounds, inspired by more natural sonic character: wood, glass, rock, dirt, noise, distortion, resonance, light and fire. The soundset is full of deep rhythms, shadowy pulses and ethnic loops, as well as ghostly textures, tectonic bass and luminescent pads. These sounds are alive and breathing; growing and evolving.

    Zebra Luminae is a collection of 128 Patches for U–He Zebra. This soundset is focused on evolution and energy; each patch featuring subtle and kinetic movement and life. Primarily designed to suit underscore style music, there is plenty within Luminae to suit the rigours of epic/trailer music or the soulfulness of ambient electronica. At times minimalist, at others agile and aggressive; Luminae delivers sparkling sequences, strong basslines, vigorous drum loops, voluptuous pads, febrile soundscapes, and fragile leads. With a focus on movement and energy, there are many more sequenced sounds in Luminae. Deep, punchy basslines bring tension; noise-based percussion loops provide dynamism; bell and mallet synth sequences release emotion. Plus, the pads and soundscapes flutter, twist and evolve, providing an equal amount of light and darkness into your compositions.

    Zebra Borealis is a collection of 180 Patches for U–He Zebra2. The focus in Borealis is on synthetic sounds, designed for Modern Cinematic Scoring. Blending analogue and digital flavours, this soundset takes pure synthesis and gives it a kinetic, widescreen twist. Borealis is bursting with smooth basses and basslines, luscious pads, deft keys, pulsing sequences and arpeggios, dark soundscapes, and crunchy percussion loops. Taking a lead from artists from M83, Solar Fields and Cliff Martinez to Tangerine Dream, Jean-Michel Jarre and Giorgio Moroder, and scores such as Mass Effect, Monsters, Deus Ex: Human Evolution, Tron: Legacy and Blade Runner; Borealis gives classic synth sounds an update and opens them up for the big screen.
