This version of our library was not ported from GS2, this is a totally reprogrammed from the ground up library, the addition of almost unlimited dimensions in GS3 permits now 32 transition velocities instead of the 16 in GS2, what this translates into for the users is much smoother transitions from one velocity to another specially in the softer velocities where special attention was given to ensure better response when playing very softly. Obviously 24 bits does sound better and will cut through a mix easier when mixed in with other instruments. As in the other version of the library you get 3 recorded perspectives, Ambient, Close Miked and Player Perspective in 12 recorded velocities (32 transition velocities) with Release Samples and Pedal Noises Fx.

Boston guitarist Jud Crane got the world groovin’ with his excellent Strat Guitar chops. After several days in the studio with his Classic Fender Strat with Seymour Duncan pickups and a Fender Vibrolux amp, Sonic Implants recorded a truly sweet guitar sound. Included are both individual tones and tons of chords. The tones file consists of multi-velocity mutes and tones that are so dynamic, they pop right off your fingers onto your guitar track. There are also multiple chord articulations for funk, rock, songwriter, etc. guitar tracks. Nice and bright, these chords cut through in a mix. Keymapped in classic Sonic Implants style for easy playing and amazingly real sounding tracks. The Italian Harpsichord library contains a historical harpsichord built in 1579 by Pierluigi in Livorno. Sharing its tonal qualities for almost half a millenium, it is a classic example of how Italian harpsichords were built for about 200 years. Compared to its Dutch and English siblings, the Pierluigi harpsichord stands out due to its light and simple design (one 8′ register) and mostly because of its fundamental, sonorous warm and deep tone. This unique instrument in the collection of Andreas Beurmann still remains in excellent playable condition despite its age. It is now available for the first time for your sampler within the Italian Harpsichord library, presented in its original meantone tuning at 383 Hz (Presets in 440 Hz are included as well).
